David Harrell and his team at The Southern Land Brokers are Alabama and Georgia’s premier land experts.  Trey Harrell, salesman for The Southern Land Brokers, is their resident high-fence and deer breeding facility expert. He helped design LAB Outfitters, featured above, and helped manage the herd and property. He’s also built and stocked several other facilities throughout the state of Alabama.

 

“I have been an avid deer and turkey hunter my whole life. Growing up in Lowndes County Alabama it has just been a way of life. I have enjoyed my time that the good lord has blessed me with in the outdoors throughout my life. I have always respected the whitetail deer as a hunter. Times have really changed over the years in the outdoor industry. One of he fastest-growing things in Alabama is high fencing. This has been a valuable asset to properties. Some have taken properties and fenced them, stocked them and sold them for premiums. Others have taken portions of their property and fenced them to add a trophy area, allowing them to hunt free-range as well as enclosed areas. This process has definitely added value to these properties from my experience. I have been a part of constructing and managing these properties over the last decade and have really enjoyed the process and getting to enjoy whitetails from a different perspective.
